Benefit

Provides high contrast finishing with negligible backstaining on indigo denim garments.

Ensures salt and pepper effect with grayish indigo cast.

High dose of Prozyme A6 will give stonewash effect elimination use of pumice stones.

Back staining is minimal compared to conventional neutral cellulase.

In biopolishing applications, Prozyme A6 gives good color retention which helps to maintain formal look of cotton garments.

High level of surface modifications can be achieved with e.g. pumice stones, which reduce machine wear and tear and fabric damages.

Gives excellent puckering and more grains.

Eco-friendly and Bio-degradable.

Temperature	30-60C,optimum:45C
pH	6.0-6.5, optimum 6.5
Liquor ratio	7:1-10:1
Dosage	0.5-3% (o.w.f), depends on different fiber
Time	15-45 minutes
Inactivation	Raising temperature above 80C for 10 minutes, or raising the pH above 8.0 for 10 minutes can inactivate A6 completely.

Should be stored in a dry place with temperature between 5-35C.

Enzyme preparations belong to protein, which may induce sensitization and cause allergic type reactions in sensitized individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contiguity with human body should be avoided.
